When We Refund

• You were charged but no result was generated due to a technical error on our side
• You were charged more than once for the same result
• The result was entirely unrelated to your inputs

How to Request

Email hello@aibsos.com within 48 hours with your Paystack payment reference.

Non-Refundable

• You received your result but were not satisfied with the content
• You entered incorrect or insufficient information
• More than 48 hours have passed since purchase
